Seit Mai 2017 verkehren die Nacht- und Autoreisezüge des Urlaubs-Express der Unternehmensgruppe Train4you. Die Züge sind Nachtzüge als auch Autoreisezüge, die über Nacht fahren und mit Schlaf- und Liegewagen sowie einem gastronomischen Service ausgestattet sind. Die Züge sind im Fahrplan der Deutschen Bahn enthalten.
Im Winter startet der UEX auch ab den Niederlanden in Richtung Alpen. Pünktlich zu den Krokus-Ferien gibt es Direktverbindungen ab Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Eindhoven und Venlo. In Deutschland hält der Zug zusätzlich in Mönchengladbach, Köln und Siegburg/Bonn. Zielorte in Österreich sind unter anderem Zell am See, Schladming, Kitzbühel, St. Johann im Pongau,Innsbruck, Ötztal und St. Anton.

Das Set besteht aus 4x Bcvmh und 2x WLAB AB30 der TRI Epoche: VI Since May 2017, the night and motorail trains of the Urlaubs-Express (Holiday Express) have been operated by the Train4you group. The trains are night trains as well as motorail trains that run overnight and are equipped with sleeping cars, couchette cars, and catering services. The trains are included in the Deutsche Bahn timetable.
